Our verdict
Dental care disguised as a treat
Most "dental" treats are marketing. Greenies Feline is the exception: the VOHC (Veterinary Oral Health Council) accepts it for tartar control, meaning independent measurement of the mechanical cleaning claim — the crunchy toothbrush shape scrapes plaque as the cat bites through it.
Under 2 kcal per treat with taurine and vitamins, 8–12 a day is the served routine. The honest caveat: the formula includes grains, so grain-allergic cats should stay on PureBites-style single-ingredient treats instead.
